He leads clients through multi-year, comprehensive transformational initiatives beginning with visioning, business case development and creation of a target operating model and spanning process and system design, implementation, training and benefit realization. His relevant skills include an in-depth understanding of many key business cycles, including lead-to-cash, source-to-pay, record-to-report and plan-to-act. With his background as a Certified Public Accountant, he specializes in finance and accounting operations, accounting close and consolidation, business planning and forecasting, tax, treasury, investor relations, master data management and external and management reporting.
Chris also has extensive business process improvement experience and is well versed in enabling business systems including customer relationship management (CRM), supply chain management (SCM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), master data management (MDM) and enterprise performance management (EPM) applications, as well as data and analytics technology enablers.
Chris has also found several ways to put his passions to use to give back to the community. He continues to do Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) work for underserved taxpayers, he volunteers and coaches for several youth sports leagues, and he serves as the Treasurer of the Marginal Way Preservation Fund, a non-profit organization dedicating to the beautification and preservation of coastal walkway in Ogunquit, ME.
Following in his dad’s footsteps in many ways, Chris graduated summa cum laude from Boston College earning both a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Operations Management, as well as a Master’s degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
